Full Job Description

Since 1934, C.R. Kennedy has been helping Australian organisations work smarter with trusted positioning, data acquisition and geospatial solutions. Today, we support customers across utilities, construction, mining, local government and other essential industries with technology that helps them capture, understand and use spatial information with confidence.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Organisation and Methods Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate business processes, organisational structures and operational procedures to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, productivity and performance. You will work closely with management and stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end‑to‑end purchasing, source and onboard suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, maintain strong supplier relationships, and drive supplier performance through regular reviews.
Monitor lead times and supply risks, collaborate with internal teams to ensure material availability, resolve supply disruptions, expedite urgent orders, and support inventory optimisation.
Maintain accurate procurement and master data in D365, analyse purchasing trends and supplier performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and controls.
Provide advice and recommendations on process improvement, operational improvement and change management opportunities based on analysis of current structures, systems, processes and methods.
Analyse provider performance.
Review and analyse existing operations, systems, structures and workflows across deposits, withdrawals, internal transfers and settlement flows.
Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the effectiveness, efficiency and scalability of business processes and systems.
Work with Finance to improve reconciliation processes and customer account oversight.
Partner with Compliance and Risk to ensure processes align with relevant regulatory obligations, internal controls and risk management requirements.
Prepare reporting and insights for leadership and founders on key payment metrics, operational trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Product and Development teams to improve platform integrations, automation, customer experience and operational tooling.
Identify manual workarounds, recurring issues and process bottlenecks, and recommend practical improvements that reduce risk and improve speed.
Create and maintain process documentation, workflow maps, operating procedures and control frameworks to support consistency and business continuity.
Support projects across new markets, products, regulatory requirements and customer demands.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, organizational development, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent research, data analysis, and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of process mapping, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
