At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow. We deliver innovative solutions that create a more connected, sustainable world, and we're looking for an experienced Associate Civil Engineer to join our growing Transport team in Perth.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence the delivery of complex transport and civil infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand while helping grow our people, strengthen client relationships and expand our project portfolio.
Working alongside Senior Associates, Principal Engineers and multidisciplinary teams, you'll take a leading role in project delivery, design management and client engagement. You'll provide technical leadership across a range of transport and civil infrastructure projects, ensuring successful outcomes from concept through to delivery.
You'll build and maintain strong client relationships, represent the Transport team at key meetings, and contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities, supporting proposals and helping secure future work. You'll also oversee project scope, programme and commercial performance, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
As a senior member of the team, you'll play an important role in developing our people—mentoring and supporting junior engineers, building technical capability and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. You'll also work closely with Jacobs' local and global delivery teams, leveraging our worldwide expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Here's what you'll need
Experience delivering civil infrastructure or transport projects within a consulting environment
Strong design management and project delivery capabilities
The ability to build and maintain client relationships and represent the business with confidence
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating project stakeholders
A collaborative approach and a passion for mentoring and developing others
Sound commercial awareness and project management skills
