Description:
The Opportunity

You'll lead the seamless delivery of events ranging from intimate celebrations to spectacular functions for up to 500 guests.

Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams, you'll inspire and develop event staff, champion exceptional service standards and ensure every event is delivered with professionalism, energy and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing event operations teams
Delivering exceptional weddings, corporate events and special occasions
Building strong client and stakeholder relationships
Driving operational excellence and profitability
Creating outstanding guest experiences
Coaching and mentoring future leaders

Skills and Experiences:
About You

You're an experienced hospitality or events professional with 3-5 years of event operations experience with strong operational and leadership skills, commercial acumen and a passion for excellence.

You lead by example, remain calm under pressure and know how to bring out the best in people. Most importantly, you're looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact and continue to grow your career.
