About the Role
We’re a fast-growing Australian HR SaaS scale-up with a strong product and loyal customer base. We’re looking for a high-energy, experienced Marketing Events Executive to join our marketing team and take full ownership of our event strategy as we accelerate growth.
This is a high-impact role for a confident, outgoing professional who loves bringing people together. You will own the end-to-end planning and delivery of our in-person industry events across Australia, as well as our webinar and virtual event program.
You’ll play a key role in raising our brand profile and generating high-quality leads for the sales team.If you thrive on delivering memorable experiences, naturally build relationships, and want to make a visible impact in the HR tech space, this is an excellent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and execute a full calendar of in-person industry events across Australia

Own the end-to-end delivery of our monthly and quarterly webinars and virtual events

Identify and evaluate new high-ROI event opportunities aligned with our ICP (HR leaders in mid-market and enterprise, with focus on health and education sectors)

Manage event budgets, logistics, vendors, registrations, and on-site execution to the highest standard

Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and Head of Sales to maximise demand generation from every event (pre-event promotion, on-site activation, post-event nurture and follow-up)

Coordinate content, run-of-show scripts, speaker management, and promotional campaigns

Track, analyse, and report on event performance, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and ROI

Represent Martian Logic professionally and energetically at all events
Your Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing events or event coordination (B2B SaaS or HR Tech experience highly regarded)

Proven success owning and delivering both large in-person industry events and virtual webinars

Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to influence stakeholders

Highly social, outgoing and confident — you enjoy networking and representing a brand in person

High energy and a positive attitude that brings vibrancy to events and the wider team

Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or the broader HR industry is a strong advantage

Based in Sydney with the flexibility to travel interstate regularly
