Job Description
Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced National Manager, Program Delivery & Change to lead the successful delivery, adoption, and embedding of strategic initiatives across Hotel Services nationally. This is a pivotal role supporting the transformation of Hotel Services, partnering with teams across catering, food services, housekeeping (cleaning), laundry, waste, patient transport, and security to deliver meaningful operational improvements across Ramsay’s hospital network. Working across complex, distributed environments, you will lead end-to-end program delivery - from concept and planning through to implementation, change adoption, and transition into business-as-usual operations. This role is ideal for a strong program and change leader who can bring structure to complex initiatives, engage stakeholders at all levels, and ensure transformation delivers lasting business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
You will provide national program management and change leadership, ensuring Hotel Services initiatives are effectively designed, delivered, and embedded across Ramsay.
Key accountabilities include:

Lead the delivery of complex, multi-site transformation programs across Hotel Services.

Partner with Strategy, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Communications, and hospital teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Develop program governance, delivery frameworks, reporting, and risk management processes.

Build strong stakeholder relationships across executive leaders, operational teams, and frontline employees.

Create and execute change strategies that support adoption and minimise disruption to hospital operations.

Collaborate with Communications stakeholders to lead communication plans across diverse channels to support successful change.

Lead workshops, meetings, and engagement forums to bring teams on the transformation journey.

Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges.

Support pilot programs and scale successful initiatives nationally.

Ensure projects transition effectively into BAU ownership, with benefits tracked and realised.

Lead post-implementation reviews and embed continuous improvement opportunities.
