Specialty Account Manager - Brisbane

Dermatology & Pain | National Launch Team

Launch a new dermatology and pain portfolio across hospital and specialist channels
Build relationships with dermatologists, pain specialists, and key hospital stakeholders
Manage large geographic territories, developing and executing strategic business plans

DKSH Healthcare is entering an exciting new phase of growth through a strategic partnership with a leading Japanese pharmaceutical company. We are building a high-performing national launch team to introduce an innovative dermatology and pain portfolio to the Australian market.

This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level of a new brand launch, shape its success, and play a key role in the evolution of DKSH Healthcare in Australia.

The Opportunity

As a Specialty Account Manager, you will:

Lead the launch and adoption of a new dermatology and pain portfolio within hospital and specialist settings
Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, pain specialists, and key hospital stakeholders
Develop and execute territory business plans across large geographic regions
Drive product awareness, clinical engagement, and formulary access
Partner cross-functionally with market access, medical, and commercial teams to deliver launch success

About You

We’re looking for driven, commercially minded professionals who thrive in a launch environment:

Proven experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales
Exposure to dermatology, pain, or specialty care highly regarded
Ability to manage large territories with strategic focus and independence
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Passion for building something new and making a tangible impact

Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder networks and large territories
A proactive, resilient mindset with interest in launching new products
