The Role
This is a JLL role contracted to Atlassian, where you will work as part of the JLL Work Dynamics team to deliver exceptional workplace experiences for the Atlassian account.
Atlassian is one of the world's leading technology companies, and they take Workplace Experience seriously. We're looking for a Concierge Supervisor to own the planning and delivery of Team Gatherings and Office Events across Atlassian’s Headquarters in the Sydney CBD and the upcoming Atlassian Central.
You'll set the standard for front-of-house service, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate with stakeholders across all levels of the business - this is hands-on, visible work. You'll use feedback and data to continuously improve what we deliver, and you'll have the autonomy to shape how events and gatherings come to life.
Key Responsibilities
Own the planning and delivery of Team Gatherings and Office Events across all Sydney CBD locations and the upcoming Atlassian Central
Act as the primary point of contact and "face" of Atlassian, ensuring exceptional arrival and departure experiences.
Manage vendor relationships, supporting invoicing and ensuring high service levels are maintained
Coordinate with stakeholders across all business levels to align event goals and execution
Utilize data and feedback to provide insights, report on trends, and continuously improve service delivery
Maintain accurate visitor records and ensure event spaces are properly set and managed
Communicate effectively using Atlassian internal tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack) and in-person interactions
Support the Concierge Site Lead and Facilities teams to meet client objectives and operational goals
What you’ll bring?
3–5 years in a supervisory role within hospitality, hotels, events, or experience services
A strong pride in service delivery, high personal standards, and the ability to communicate with confidence across all levels of the business
A detail-oriented and proactive approach, with a genuine passion for bringing hospitality-grade service to a corporate environment
