Join one of Australia's leading new home builders in our fantastic Studio M team located in Baulkham Hills studio as one of our Electrical and Colour Consultants.

Reporting to the Studio M Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting and guiding our customers through the home personalisation and selection process, including power and data, lighting, security and home automation;
Carry out Colour Selection appointments and guide customers through the specification and colour options available for new homes in Studio M;
Prepare for each appointment by familiarising with document templates and relevant job-specific Contract and Plans;
Ensure that all selections are recorded accurately and fully, and that the customer signs to indicate their agreement;
Follow up on all commitments/selections to the customer within agreed time frames to ensure that selections are finalised at the earliest possible time;
Liaise with suppliers and other departments regarding specification and colour selection queries;
Monitor the presentation of Studio M to ensure it reflects the company’s standards of customer service and professionalism; and
Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount, you will work effectively within a team and help create a positive culture with a strong desire for success.

The successful candidate will have:

Minimum of two (2) years experience in similar building industry would be highly desirable;
Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor in Interior Design;
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong PC skills, in particular Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and POS Systems;
Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal orientated environment;
Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities; and
Intermediate Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK computer skills.
