Play a key role in enabling the success of the Chief Financial Officer and Finance & Corporate Services division.

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Chief Financial Officer and contribute to the effectiveness of the broader Finance leadership team. About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this is a high-profile and trusted position that requires professionalism, sound judgement, discretion and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced executive environment.
You will be responsible for managing a complex executive schedule, coordinating senior stakeholder engagement and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the CFO's office. The role offers exposure to executive leadership, Board-related activities and key strategic initiatives across the business.
Key responsibilites include:
Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chief Financial Officer.
Manage an active and complex calendar, including scheduling, prioritisation and coordination of meetings.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries and associated logistics.
Assist with the preparation and administration of Board, Committee, Executive Leadership Team and investor-related materials.
Prepare correspondence, presentations and other executive communications to a high professional standard.
Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Coordinate stakeholder interactions across the organisation and with external partners.
Support the planning and delivery of key finance leadership activities and events.
Drive effective administration, records management and workflow management practices within the CFO's office.
About You
You are an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in supporting senior executives and building trusted relationships across a business.
You will bring:
Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leaders.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
A high level of professionalism, discretion and integrity.
The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
Experience within a listed company, professional services, energy or resources environment will be highly regarded.
