Full Job Description

Help deliver training that supports people across the justice system.
Use digital tools to improve how training and assessment are managed.
Enjoy a varied role that combines technology, support and continuous improvement.
Work with experienced training teams while helping shape better online learning.
Fixed-term, full-time role for 24 months, earning $100,894 - $114,476 per year, plus super.

What you will do

As RTO assessment portal coordinator, you will manage the department's online assessment portal for accredited training.

You will help deliver reliable digital systems that support learners, assessors and training staff across Victoria.

You will:

coordinate the administration, configuration and maintenance of the RTO assessment portal
support online assessment tools and improve digital assessment processes
maintain accurate learner records, reports and system access
provide clear training and technical support to learners, assessors and administrative staff
identify and implement improvements that strengthen digital systems, workflows and compliance.

About you

A current driver licence is required because this role includes travel across Victoria. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.

You should also have:

strong knowledge of vocational education and training, learning management systems and regulatory requirements
proven experience managing learning management systems, assessment portals and learner data
sound digital skills, including system administration, reporting and advanced Excel
the ability to build positive working relationships, solve problems and support continuous improvement.
