About the Role
Step into a key leadership role that blends clinical care with people leadership. You will support safe, consistent care, build team capability and partner with the Unit Manager to keep the ward running smoothly.
- Support clinical leadership and quality care
- Guide and develop less experienced nurses
- Assist workforce planning, rosters and leave
- Contribute to recruitment and performance review
- Monitor supplies, budgets and daily operations
About You
You are a confident, capable nurse who enjoys leading others and supporting safe, high quality care.
- Registered or eligible Nurse with NMBA and current certificate
- Demonstrated clinical competence within acute care practice
- Experience guiding and supporting nurses and students
- Clear communicator with strong problem solving skills
- Organised, adaptable and confident working with minimal supervision
