Chef de Partie
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing their section, maintaining high food quality standards, supporting junior team members, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
