Senior Test Analyst
Duration: 6 months/12 months FTC
Location: Brisbane, Hybrid
You will play a key role in end-to-end ERP testing across Finance, Supply Chain and Warehouse Management processes, covering System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional testing, regression testing and data migration validation.
This role requires strong practical experience testing complex warehouse and supply chain processes, including replenishment, cycle counting, MRP/Planning Optimisation, inventory management and multi-site data migration.

Design and execute test cases, scripts and scenarios across functional, SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing.

Perform comprehensive testing across D365 F&SCM / D365 FinOps, including:

Finance – GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets

Procurement & Sourcing
-
Inventory Management
-
Advanced Warehouse Management (AWM)
-
Supply Chain processes
-
Test complex warehouse processes including replenishment, cycle counting, picking, packing, receiving, stock movements and inventory transactions.

Validate MRP / Planning Optimisation processes and associated supply chain workflows.
-
Perform data migration testing, validation and reconciliation across source and target systems.

Validate end-to-end ERP processes across multiple sites, systems and integrations.
-
Collaborate with Business Analysts, SMEs, developers and system integrators to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.

Investigate defects, integration issues and data discrepancies and support root-cause analysis.

Identify gaps in requirements, business processes and test coverage.

Manage and track testing activities and defects using Azure DevOps and/or similar test management tools.

Provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks, defects, issues and overall quality.

Support UAT coordination and business validation activities.

Contribute to improvements in test efficiency, automation and overall quality practices.

Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst within complex ERP implementations or transformation programs.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM / D365 FinOps) – mandatory.

Strong hands-on Advanced Warehouse Management (AWM) testing experience – mandatory.

Demonstrated experience testing warehouse processes including replenishment, cycle counting, inventory movements and warehouse operations.

Experience with MRP / Planning Optimisation and associated supply chain processes.

Strong testing experience across D365 Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse and Supply Chain modules.

Strong experience across SIT, UAT, functional, regression and end-to-end ERP testing.

Demonstrated data migration testing and validation experience.

Good understanding of complex ERP integrations and end-to-end business processes.

Strong knowledge of test methodologies, defect management and the software testing lifecycle.

Experience using Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking and delivery activities.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.

Experience delivering D365 F&SCM testing within healthcare, public sector or not-for-profit environments.

Experience testing complex multi-site environments.
-
Experience with RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Tool).

Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and test automation.
-
Experience testing APIs and system interfaces.
-
Automation/programming capability using C#, .NET, Java and/or Python.

ISTQB certification, ideally Advanced Level or Test Manager.

Experience contributing to test automation and quality engineering capability uplift.
