About the opportunity

As our business continues to evolve, this role will play a pivotal role to build the systems, processes, customer journeys and insights that power scalable growth across the customer lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of International Marketing, this role sits at the centre of marketing, sales, customer success and technology.

You'll lead marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, lead management, reporting, automation and customer journey orchestration across our portfolio of brands. You'll ensure our marketing programs are not only delivered efficiently but generate measurable commercial outcomes.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who lives and breathes data, is motivated by watching the leads pour in and enjoys masterminding automation to create a customer experience that delights and converts.

Salary

The salary range for this position is AUD 140,000 to 150,000 + superannuation.

What you’ll own

Own the marketing operations and lifecycle marketing strategy across customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and growth.
Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of automated customer and prospect journeys across multiple brands and business units.
Manage marketing technology platforms, CRM integration, lead routing, campaign tracking and data governance processes.
Develop lead management frameworks that improve conversion performance between marketing and sales teams.
Partner with Sales Operations, Customer Success and Commercial teams to optimise lifecycle performance and customer experience.
Own marketing reporting, dashboards, attribution models and performance insights.
Drive customer segmentation strategies to improve targeting, personalisation and engagement.
Build scalable nurture programs that improve acquisition, activation, retention and customer lifetime value.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency through automation, process optimisation and technology enhancements.
Establish data quality, compliance and governance standards across marketing systems.
Support annual planning, forecasting, pipeline reporting and executive performance reviews.
Enable marketing teams with best-practice campaign processes, measurement frameworks and reporting capabilities.

What you’ll bring

6+ years' experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, CRM or growth marketing roles.
Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing, lead management and marketing technology ecosystems.
Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of reporting, attribution, customer journey mapping and funnel optimisation.
Proven ability to build scalable processes, workflows and automation programs.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience collaborating across marketing, sales, customer success and technology teams.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
