- Lead all operational, customer, workforce, quality and financial outcomes across an assigned regional portfolio
- Lead, develop and coach Operations Managers and regional leadership teams
- Drive performance against service delivery, workforce, customer, quality and financial KPIs
- Maintain accountability for regional budget performance and financial sustainability
- Drive workforce productivity, utilisation, service growth and operational efficiency initiatives
- Lead regional implementation of strategic projects, operational improvements and organisational change initiatives
- Ensure services are delivered safely and in line with regulatory, funding and contractual requirements
- Build strong relationships with customers, government stakeholders, community partners and sector networks
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, Workforce, Quality and People & Culture teams to deliver improved business outcomes
- Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence and continuous improvement
About you
You'll be a proven executive or senior operational leader who thrives in large, complex service environments and is passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes for customers, employees and communities.
You'll likely bring experience in:
- Senior operational leadership within aged care, healthcare, community services or another complex multi-site service environment
- Leading large geographically dispersed workforces and service delivery operations
- Operational performance management, workforce optimisation and customer outcomes
- Managing significant budgets and delivering strong financial performance
- Leading business transformation, operating model change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Building high-performing leadership teams and creating accountability-driven cultures
- Influencing and collaborating with executive stakeholders across large organisations
- Navigating regulated environments with strong governance, quality and compliance requirements
