The Opportunity
Reporting to the Lead – WHS Systems & Support, this role coordinates and administers Liontown's WHS management systems, reporting and documentation. You'll work closely with the Lead to support accurate, accessible and compliant WHS data across the business, taking on moderately complex systems coordination activities and contributing to the continuous improvement of WHS systems and processes.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate the day-to-day administration of Liontown's WHS management software systems, including safety, medical and training platforms
Develop WHS reporting tools that give clear visibility of trends, completion status and compliance gaps
Maintain document control for WHS procedures, forms, registers and templates, ensuring version control and accessibility
Support leaders and team members across the business with WHS system access, functionality and troubleshooting
Escalate complex system issues to the Lead – WHS Systems & Support or vendor as required
Identify and recommend improvements to templates, workflows and reporting outputs
What We're Looking For
Proven experience administering WHS or other business software systems used for compliance, training or incident reporting
Experience preparing reporting and data analysis for a range of stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and accuracy
Sound understanding of WHS systems, reporting and document control requirements
Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
