About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Integrated Business Planning, you will be responsible for leading the development of a robust, unbiased and commercially aligned demand plan across customers, channels and portfolios.

The Senior Demand Planner is a strategic role that partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain, helping translate market signals, customer plans, promotional activity and portfolio changes into actionable forecasts that support business performance.

You'll be a key contributor to Vinarchy's Integrated Business Planning process, leading demand reviews, identifying risks and opportunities, building scenario models and ensuring forecast assumptions are transparent and aligned across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end demand planning process across assigned portfolios, customers and channels.
Deliver and maintain a rolling 24-month consensus demand plan.
Lead weekly and monthly demand review meetings and facilitate alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
Develop statistically robust forecasts using data, market insights and commercial intelligence.
Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, bias and forecast value add (FVA).
Partner with Supply Planning to balance customer service, inventory and working capital outcomes.
Support innovation launches, portfolio changes, product lifecycle management and promotional planning.
Develop scenario models and demand-based insights to support strategic decision-making.
Enhance planning capability, governance, systems and best-practice ways of working across the team.
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in demand planning and IBP.
About You

You are an experienced demand planning professional who combines strong analytical capability with commercial acumen and outstanding stakeholder management skills.

You will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Finance,
Analytics, Engineering or a related discipline.
5+ years' experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, commercial planning or related FMCG environments.
Strong knowledge of IBP and S&OP processes.
Advanced forecasting, scenario modelling and analytical capability.
Experience with planning and reporting tools such as Anaplan, SAP, Power BI and Excel.
The ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge assumptions constructively.
A passion for continuous improvement, process simplification and building planning excellence.
Experience within wine, beverage or consumer goods industries will be highly regarded.
