The Opportunity – Join us in shaping a better future for people, communities, and the planet.
An experienced Senior Cost Planner who wants to play a leading role in one of Australia's most significant urban renewal projects.
The Waterloo Renewal Project represents a once in a generation opportunity to help deliver a landmark mixed-use precinct that will transform an important part of Sydney. Spanning residential, Build to Sell apartments, social housing, affordable housing to public domain, retail and community uses and precinct infrastructure, Waterloo is a complex, city shaping and city fringe development that will be delivered across seven stages and will leave a legacy for future generations. This is an opportunity to be part of that journey from the ground up.
As a Senior Cost Planner, you'll join the Waterloo Renewal Project team and provide strategic cost planning expertise across all stages of project development, from Development Application through to construction.
Working closely with project, development and design leaders, you'll help optimise project outcomes, provide commercial certainty and support key investment decisions across one of the largest urban regeneration projects currently underway in Australia.
You'll be responsible for developing and managing cost plans across buildings, precinct infrastructure and mixed-use development outcomes while identifying risks, opportunities and value enhancing solutions. The role will also play an important part in advancing some bold environmental and social sustainability initiatives through innovative cost planning approaches that support Stockland's long-term vision for Waterloo.
This is a permanent opportunity within our Waterloo Renewal team where you'll have the rare chance to contribute to a highly visible project of scale, complexity and significance that will redefine a major Sydney precinct for decades to come.
You're motivated by projects that make a genuine impact on cities and communities. You thrive in large scale, complex development environments and are looking for an opportunity where your expertise can directly influence the success of a landmark project.
Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to help bring the vision for Waterloo to life and contribute to a development that will shape the future of Sydney.
