Office Administrator – Full Time or Part Time

Platinum Seal Australia

Monday–Friday | Full Time or Approx. 6 Hours Per Day (Negotiable)
$55,000–$60,000 + Super

An admin role in a growing family business

Platinum Seal is a growing family-owned business specialising in leaking shower and bathroom repairs.

We've grown quickly across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Melbourne, and we're looking for a reliable, switched-on Office Administrator to help keep the day-to-day operations of the business organised and running smoothly.

We're open to someone looking for a traditional full-time position, or the right person who is available for approximately 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, getting things finished and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You don't need years of experience. We'd much rather find someone with a great attitude, strong attention to detail, confidence with technology and a willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing

The role will involve a variety of day-to-day office administration, including:

Preparing quotes and invoices
Managing emails and customer correspondence
Updating customer and job information
Coordinating with customers, tenants and property managers
Assisting with accounts and general office administration
Keeping our systems and records organised and up to date
Supporting the team with the administrative tasks that keep the business moving

Who we're looking for

You might already have some administrative experience, or you might be earlier in your career and looking for somewhere you can settle in, learn and take on more responsibility.

More important to us is that you're:

Reliable — if you say you'll do something, it gets done
Organised — you can manage multiple small tasks without losing track of them
Good with technology — you're comfortable learning and working across different systems
Detail-oriented — you take pride in getting things right
A good communicator — you're comfortable dealing professionally with customers and other businesses
Proactive — you don't need to be reminded about everything
Easy to work with — we're a small team and attitude matters

Experience using Apple hardware, and Google Workspace, QuickBooks or CRM software would be advantageous.

Previous experience in administration, reception, real estate, property management, trades, construction or another busy office environment would also be advantageous.

We're looking for someone who wants to become a reliable part of the business and take ownership of keeping the office organised.

For the right person, there will be plenty of opportunity to learn more and take on additional responsibility as the business continues to grow.
