Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable person who is an excellent communicator to become our next Swim School Admin Assistant.

You are a well organised and thorough person with good attention to detail. You need excellent communication skills and phone manner as you will be dealing with our clients and staff, over the phone and via written communication.

You will work well in juggling requirements and prioritising urgent tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain all round business and sports management experience in a fast paced and fun environment.

A background in swimming and / or swimming instructing would also be advantageous but is not essential.

The position is based in Middle Cove, Sydney.

A little bit about us!

TTTT is a mobile swim school, teaching children to swim in their own backyard pools, primarily over the summer months. The business started 30 years ago, and continues to grow each year.

TTTT usually employs over 50 instructors over the summer months and our Swim School Admin Assistant works with our Swim School Manager and Director to manage staff and clients and keep the swim school running smoothly!

Our business is fast paced, so we need someone who can manage both ‘day to day’ operations and keep things organised behind the scenes.
