As our Digital Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our omni-channel customer journey, leading a highly strategic product stream that delivers measurable commercial impact across Supercheap Auto, rebel and BCF. This role will suit a commercially minded Product Owner who thrives in complex environments, brings strong stakeholder influence, and is passionate about turning customer insights into innovative digital experiences.

What you'll be doing

Own and evolve a value-driven product roadmap and backlog focused on delivering measurable improvements in customer experience, conversion, visitation, AOV and lifetime customer value.
Lead the prioritisation and delivery of digital initiatives across the end-to-end customer and fulfilment journey, balancing commercial outcomes, customer needs and enterprise strategy.
Partner with stakeholders across Digital, Technology, Marketing, Loyalty, Fulfilment and Brand teams to align priorities, influence decisions and drive successful product outcomes
Act as the subject matter expert for your product stream, leveraging market trends, emerging technologies and customer insights to continuously improve our digital capabilities.
Lead and inspire a cross-functional product squad, creating alignment, accountability and high performance across developers, analysts, testers and designers.
Use data, analytics and customer feedback to assess performance, identify opportunities and drive continuous optimisation of customer and commercial outcomes.

What we're looking for

Significant experience leading digital product management within a retail, eCommerce or omni-channel environment, with a proven track record of delivering commercial results.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop product roadmaps, prioritise competing demands and translate long-term vision into tangible outcomes.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to navigate complex environments and build credibility across all levels of the business.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments, partnering closely with technical teams and leading cross-functional product streams.
A resilient, collaborative and commercially driven mindset, with experience using customer insights, analytics and data to inform decisions and prioritisation.
