Your role and impact:

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and supporting our employees, including those with disabilities. Your role will involve creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture, providing training and mentorship, and ensuring that all team members can grow and succeed.

Essential Criteria

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Store Manager
Minimum of 3 years experience in the Retail Fashion industry
Experience & competency in supporting people with disabilities (highly desirable)

Please note that the shift would be from Mondays to Fridays from 8.45am - 5.15pm.

Additionally, strong organisational and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
