Artisia Agency is expanding its Bottle Service team for upcoming events, venue activations and nightlife experiences across Perth.
We’re looking for confident, professional and reliable people to join our team across two positions:
Bottle Service Staff
Bottle Service Manager
BOTTLE SERVICE STAFF
As part of the Bottle Service team, you’ll be responsible for delivering a high standard of service to VIP guests and table bookings throughout our events.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing bottle service to VIP tables and booths
- Welcoming and assisting guests throughout the evening
- Presenting and delivering bottles to tables
- Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of VIP areas
- Communicating with the Bottle Service Manager, venue staff and security
- Maintaining a professional and polished presentation throughout the shift
We’re looking for:
- Confident, outgoing and well-presented individuals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual team members
- Ability to work in fast-paced nightlife environments
- Availability primarily on Friday and Saturday nights
- Hospitality, events, promotional or bottle service experience is preferred, but not essential
- Current RSA or willingness to obtain one
BOTTLE SERVICE MANAGER
We’re also looking for experienced candidates to manage Bottle Service operations across selected Artisia events.
The Bottle Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the team and ensuring VIP service runs smoothly from setup through to close.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and briefing Bottle Service staff
- Allocating staff to VIP tables and sections
- Coordinating with venue management, security and Artisia event management
- Overseeing VIP arrivals and table service
- Ensuring service standards and presentation are maintained
- Managing staff movements and service requirements throughout the night
- Troubleshooting guest or operational issues as they arise
- Assisting with pre-event preparation and post-event reporting where required
We’re looking for:
- Previous hospitality, nightlife, events or team management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to confidently manage a team in a busy environment
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Professional presentation and a strong understanding of premium customer service
- Current RSA
WORKING WITH ARTISIA
Our Bottle Service team works across a growing calendar of nightlife events, private events and venue activations throughout Perth.
Shifts are primarily on Friday and Saturday evenings, with additional opportunities available across the wider Artisia events calendar.
Once you are confirmed and booked for a job, Artisia provides a minimum three-hour shift commitment. This gives our team greater certainty around their bookings and ensures confirmed staff have a guaranteed minimum for each job.
We are looking to build a reliable core team, with regular staff given priority for ongoing shifts and future events.
Casual rates vary depending on role and experience.
