Salary: Range $80k - $90k Plus Superannuation

The ICT Support Administrator is responsible for ensuring the operation of systems meet the evolving needs of the business. This will require the role to investigate issues with applications, identify and apply solutions or provide specifications for other parties to implement.
This role will enable the effective use of systems by Goodstart staff to provide services that are vital to the operation of our business.
The ICT Support Administrator provides technical support, manages technical escalation from the Centre Support Partners, creates and maintains support documentation, maintains hardware and software assets and participates in projects as required.

- Keep critical systems running smoothly by resolving configuration and data issues quickly, minimising downtime for staff and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery to families and children.
- Improve system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring, testing, and collaboration with other IT teams, reducing recurring incidents and enhancing user experience.
- Empower stakeholders with knowledge by documenting processes and sharing system insights, enabling customers, peers, and suppliers to use systems more effectively and confidently.
- Deliver high-quality IT service by managing incidents, service requests, problems, and changes efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions and clear communication on ticket progress.
- Uphold a safe and compliant workplace by following health and safety policies, reporting hazards, and ensuring all system-related activities meet Goodstart’s child-safe and confidentiality requirements.
- Support continuous improvement by building strong stakeholder relationships to identify system issues and opportunities, contributing to more efficient, secure, and user-focused IT operations.

You’ll bring to the table:
- Industry certification in at least one of the technologies used by Goodstart.
- Possess technical skills with a willingness to learn and grow knowledge.
- 2-3 year’s experience in a technical support role
