As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve enquiries, provide information and deliver outstanding service experiences.
No two days are the same. You'll be:
- Assisting customers via phone, email and chat
- Listening carefully to customer needs and finding solutions
- Managing customer records accurately
- Helping customers access services and digital channels
- Resolving complaints and enquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve service goals
- Onsite position, based on Edward Street right near Central Station
