About the Role

You'll lead a team of Service Coordinators responsible for delivering responsive, high-quality facilities maintenance services to clients across Australia.

Success in this role is about more than meeting KPIs—it's about building an engaged, high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional customer outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Service Coordinators to achieve their full potential.
Driving team engagement, accountability and performance through regular coaching and feedback.
Managing workflow, scheduling and service delivery to achieve customer and contractual KPIs.
Building trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and customer experience.
Analysing operational data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Supporting new client onboarding and implementing best-practice service delivery.
Promoting a culture of safety, collaboration and operational excellence.

About You

You're an experienced leader who enjoys bringing out the best in people and creating an environment where teams can thrive.

You'll bring:

Leadership experience within facilities management or another fast-paced service environment.
A proven ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
Strong operational, planning and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Confidence using Microsoft Office and service management systems.
