Full Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Barista/All Rounder to join our team. If you love coffee,enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and have a knack for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to the highest standards.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the dining area, counter, and kitchen.
Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
Support team members with various tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista for at least 3 years.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and public holidays.
A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
