We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Barista/All Rounder to join our team. If you love coffee,enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and have a knack for customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to the highest standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the dining area, counter, and kitchen.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Support team members with various tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista for at least 3 years.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and public holidays.
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
