Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Outdoor Dining Houseperson to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking an outdoor enthusiast, who has experience in cleaning and wants to make our guest experience once in a lifetime to join our Outdoor Dining Team! You will be maintaining and cleaning our outdoor dining experience sites in the desert, all while exceeding our guests' imaginations and expectations.

This role requires a valid Full Australian Drivers Licence and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).

Key Duties

Provide on the ground assistance and support to outdoor dining sites; and
Cleaning and upkeep of Outdoor Dining vehicles, as well the maintenance of Outdoor dining sites, including but not limited to fixing posts, chains, gas heaters, tiles, lighting etc.
Controlling beverage stock par levels in cool rooms
Cleaning all outdoor dining sites (kitchen, toilets, floors, walls and surrounding perimeters etc.)
Cleaning on all Outdoor Dining vehicles
