This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role where you’ll manage your own caseload, build strong relationships with clients and communities, and deliver therapy that is outcomes-focused and truly valued.

The Role:
As part of our experienced multidisciplinary team, you will:
Join a high-performing team of Occupational Therapists
Travel across the Northern Territory supporting rural and regional communities
Deliver assessments and therapy services to clients who genuinely need access to care
Work collaboratively alongside Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and other allied health professionals
Enjoy structured outreach travel with no last-minute scheduling
Be supported by an experienced OT Team Leader who champions your growth and wellbeing
Your Work Week:

Enjoy a structured 4-day work week:
Fridays off every week
Mondays are dedicated “Ground Days” for admin, planning, collaboration, PD, and team connection
Work from home or from the office on Ground Days
3 outreach days per week focused on quality care, not rushed appointments
Overnight travel required (maximum 2 nights per week)

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Qualifications in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
Applicants eligible through Mutual Recognition pathways encouraged to apply
A willingness to travel and undertake overnight stays
A current full driver’s licence
