Location: Rombe Rooftop (Brickworks, Burwood East)

About the Role

As a Cook at Rombe, you will:

Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
Follow recipes and procedures with precision
Maintain food safety and OH&S standards
Manage prep and service efficiently
Contribute positively to a supportive team environment
Must be able to work on Sunday and Monday

You will be someone who is calm under pressure, detail-focused, and genuinely passionate about food.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

Certificate in Commercial Cookery
Minimum 1 year experience in a café or commercial kitchen (preferred)
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Excellent time management skills
Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Interest in local and seasonal ingredients

Experience
