Job Title: House Manager / Nanny
Hours:
- Split shifts Monday and Wednesday - 7 AM - 10 AM - 4.30 PM - 7.30 PM
- Friday Morning - 7 AM - 12 PM
About Us: Hi! I'm Nadine, a single mum to an energetic 5-year-old boy. Life is vibrant and full as I manage my own business alongside a bustling home life. Our apartment is conveniently located in the same building where I work when I'm not travelling. My son attends daycare five days a week, and while my parents live upstairs and offer brief assistance, I'm seeking a dependable, trustworthy, right-hand person to become an integral part of our family.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Home Harmony Hero: Transform our living spaces into serene sanctuaries by organising, decluttering, and ensuring everything is in its rightful place. From tidying up to folding laundry, your touch brings order and peace.
- Declutter Dynamo: Assist in rearranging cupboards, kitchen, sorting through toys and clothes for donation, and streamlining wardrobes to create a clutter-free environment.
- Errand Extraordinaire: Keep the household buzzing by handling essential errands like light grocery shopping, list maintenance, mailing packages, and more.
- Cleaning and Organising Guru: Manage day to day tasks, general tidying etc as well as weekly cleaning duties, including the kitchen and bathroom, changing bed linens, taking out bins, and laundry duties etc to maintain an organised and clean home.
- Admin Ace: Sell items online (e.g., Facebook Marketplace) and manage household shopping to keep us well-stocked and organised.
- Meal Maestro: Assist with meal planning, juice making, and light cooking (mainly preparation) to make it quick and easy for me to put a meal together. This could involve cutting and washing fruits and vegetables, etc.
- Planning Prodigy: Research engaging activities for my son, book appointments, and keep our schedules synchronised, including sports, daycare, birthday events, and friend catch-ups, ensuring we don't miss anything or double-book, especially considering my travel schedule. We're a Google Home family, so tech-savviness is a plus!
- Scheduling Superstar: Organise our day-to-day lives, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Your support will help my son thrive, from preparing for daycare to fostering a nurturing home environment.
- Animals: I have two decent-sized fish tanks and would love a hand with feeding, light cleaning, and water testing.
Childcare Responsibilities:
- Daycare Runs: Occasionally drop off or pick up Oxley from daycare when needed (all within walking distance).
- Morning Fun: Spend quality time with him in the mornings before daycare with fun, engaging activities, allowing me to time to exercise or catch up on work.
- Interactive Play: Whether it's reading a book, cooking breakfast together, or playing a quick game, your care and creativity will make mornings special.

- A driver's license.
- ABN (Australian Business Number) to work as a contractor.
Required:
