What you’ll do:

Lead end to end delivery of large-scale operations transformation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders on scope, milestones, and success metrics

Conduct diagnostics by undertaking process analysis, formulating insights, and delivering high-quality outcomes

Design and implementation of operating models

Define client strategies and process improvement initiatives

Crafting client-ready deliverables and presentations

Manage day-to-day project operations across multiple workstreams

Lead, coach and develop team members; assigning work and providing feedback

Partner with stakeholders to make data-driven decisions

Support business development by contributing to proposals, statements of work and pitch materials

Drive change management and adoption, including stakeholder engagement, communications and post implementation support

What we’re looking for:

Demonstrated background in consulting, continuous improvement, or project delivery experience, ideally within the mining, energy, utilities or resources sector

Proven experience leading and managing large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs for major clients from strategy through to implementation

Ability to act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, tailoring solutions and influencing senior stakeholders

Experience in people leadership, including coaching, performance management and day-to-day team coordination across projects

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, using data to diagnose and translate insights into practical and measurable outcomes

Adaptability and structures problem-solving skills to manage changing priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
