Join the Clinical Streams and Allied Health leadership team and help shape the future of Cancer Services and Medical Imaging across South Western Sydney Local Health District. You will be working in a collaborative co-leadership model alongside senior medical leaders to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care and improve health outcomes for our communities. Lead district-wide initiatives focused on service development, quality improvement, patient safety, contemporary models of care and clinical excellence across multiple sites. Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
Please describe a significant service improvement, model of care change or quality initiative you have led with cancer, medical imaging or related clinical service. What was your approach, how did you engage stakeholders, and what outcomes were achieved?
This role requires leadership across multiple services and sites. Please provide an example of how you have built effective clinical relationships, influenced practice or achieved a shared outcome across multidisciplinary teams or organisations.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P. Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
