Join the Bankstown Hospital Redevelopment Team and play a key role in supporting a major healthcare infrastructure project that will help shape the future of health services for the local community. Working closely with the Redevelopment Project Director, you will provide .high-level administrative and executive support while collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders across NSW Health and project partner organisations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a fast-paced and supportive project environment.

Become a trusted support partner to the Redevelopment Project Director, helping coordinate priorities and activities that contribute to the successful delivery of the Bankstown Hospital Redevelopment.
Join a collaborative redevelopment team where your organisational skills and attention to detail will support key project outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
Build valuable experience working with senior leaders, project teams and NSW Health stakeholders within a complex and rewarding healthcare environment.
Develop your expertise in executive support, meeting coordination, correspondence management and project administration while contributing to a high-profile redevelopment program.

Are You the Right Fit?
The ideal candidate is a highly organised and proactive professional with exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be a confident communicator who builds and maintains positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, while demonstrating professionalism, discretion and a strong commitment to confidentiality. With experience in an Executive Assistant, administration or project support role, you will bring excellent organisational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems. Working closely with the Redevelopment Project Director and senior stakeholders, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support, including coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and action items, managing correspondence, reports and project documentation, and supporting stakeholder engagement and day-to-day project activities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team delivering a high-profile healthcare infrastructure project and supporting a major hospital redevelopment that will provide lasting benefits to the local community.

Describe a time when you managed multiple competing priorities for a senior manager or executive. How did you organise your workload, determine priorities, and ensure all tasks were completed accurately and on time?
Provide an example of how you have built and maintained effective relationships with a range of stakeholders while providing high-level administrative or secretariat support. Include how you managed communication, confidentiality, and the preparation of meeting documents, correspondence, or reports.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P. Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
