You will be a confident communicator who builds and maintains positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, while demonstrating professionalism, discretion and a strong commitment to confidentiality. With experience in an Executive Assistant, administration or project support role, you will bring excellent organisational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems. Working closely with the Redevelopment Project Director and senior stakeholders, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support, including coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and action items, managing correspondence, reports and project documentation, and supporting stakeholder engagement and day-to-day project activities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team delivering a high-profile healthcare infrastructure project and supporting a major hospital redevelopment that will provide lasting benefits to the local community.
