Membership and IT Support Manager

Permanent Part-Time | 3 Days per Week | Hybrid | Edgecliff, Sydney

PRIMA Recruitment & Consultancy is recruiting a Membership and IT Support Manager for a respected, long-established medical membership organisation based in Edgecliff.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity working approximately 22.5 hours across three days per week. The role combines hands-on membership administration, member engagement, database management, reporting, systems support and process improvement.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day membership processes while supporting the implementation and ongoing use of the organisation’s membership management system.

About the role

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing membership enquiries and providing professional, responsive support
Processing membership applications, renewals and related administration
Maintaining accurate membership records and database information
Producing membership reports and monitoring data quality
Supporting data cleansing, validation, reconciliation and migration activities
Assisting with the implementation and ongoing administration of the membership management system
Liaising with software providers, developers and other external suppliers
Coordinating member communications and engagement activities
Supporting staff and members through system and process changes
Identifying opportunities to improve membership and administrative processes
Managing competing priorities and following issues through to completion
Providing general operational and administrative support as required

About you

You may currently work in a professional association, membership organisation, medical college, industry body, not-for-profit, education provider or another member-focused environment.

You will ideally bring:

Experience in membership management, member services or association administration
Experience using a membership database, CRM or Association Management System
Strong data accuracy, reporting and record-management skills
Confidence communicating with members and senior professional stakeholders
The ability to manage demanding or complex member enquiries
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
The ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Experience liaising with software vendors or external service providers
Experience supporting a CRM implementation, systems transition or data migration

Experience using SwiftFox or a similar membership platform would be highly regarded.

Working arrangement

Permanent part-time
Approximately 22.5 hours per week
Worked across three days
Hybrid working arrangement
At least one day per week in the Edgecliff office
Additional office attendance may be required during key implementation or operational periods

Salary

The full-time equivalent salary range is:

$90,000 to $105,000 per annum plus superannuation

The actual pro-rated salary for the three-day arrangement will be approximately:

$54,000 to $63,000 per annum plus superannuation

Eligibility

Applicants must have valid Australian working rights that allow them to work the required ongoing hours.

Temporary visa holders may be considered, subject to confirmation of their visa conditions and ongoing work rights.
