As an Account Executive, SMB – Marketing Cloud , you'll help small and medium-sized businesses unlock personalised customer engagement by bringing together marketing, data and AI on the world's leading CRM platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team focused on acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships across the SMB market. You'll own the full sales cycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help organisations transform how they engage with their customers using Marketing Cloud and the broader Salesforce Customer 360 platform.

Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation through to negotiation and close.
Develop and execute a territory plan to drive new logo acquisition and account growth across the SMB segment.
Build trusted relationships with business and marketing leaders to understand their priorities and position Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand into the wider Salesforce ecosystem, partnering closely with Account Executives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Agentforce.
Leverage AI-powered sales tools, including Agentforce, to improve prospecting, pipeline management and customer engagement.
Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Business Development Representatives, Customer Success, Marketing and Partners to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene and opportunity management within Salesforce.
Stay informed on industry trends, digital marketing innovation and the competitive landscape.
Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally managing the full sales cycle.
Experience selling marketing technology, CRM, digital solutions or cloud software is highly regarded.
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Strong prospecting and new business development skills.
Ability to engage multiple stakeholders, including Marketing, Digital, Customer Experience and Commercial leaders.
Excellent consultative selling, discovery and value-based selling skills.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
Highly organised with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
A collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
Experience selling Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Digital Marketing or CRM solutions.
Familiarity with Salesforce products, including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud or Agentforce.
Experience using MEDDICC, Challenger, Command of the Message or similar sales methodologies.
Knowledge of digital marketing, customer engagement, email marketing, personalisation or customer journeys.
Consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
Building a healthy, predictable pipeline through proactive prospecting.
Delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the buying journey.
Collaborating effectively across the Salesforce ecosystem to maximise customer value.
Becoming a trusted advisor to SMB customers on their marketing transformation journey.
