About the role:

Key Responsibilities

Provide front-of-house reception services and greet clients in a professional, friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately
Coordinate meeting room bookings, maintain rooms, and assist with IT setup
Organise refreshments for clients and assist with catering for meetings and events
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain reception services and ensure communal areas are tidy and well presented
Provide general administrative support to the team including and not limited to filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Coordinate client onboarding processes
Set up new clients in our practice management systems (MYOB, CRM, XPM, CAS360 or similar), and other relevant portals.

About you:

Essential

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Professional presentation and strong communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Competent using various computer programs and platforms
Administrative or client service experience
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Confident written and verbal communicator
Excellent organisational skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Desirable

6-12 months experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
