Full Job Description

Seven Angels Care And Support Services is a NDIS registered company.

We are looking for Enrolled or registered Nurse experienced in personal care.

Experience in personal care
Victorian full drivers' license and car is mandatory requirement.
ready to work on ABN

General duties include;

Provide personal care and support and assistance to individuals in their own homes
Assist clients with medication
Assistance with activities of daily living
Supporting people with complex needs
Location: Glen Waverley & surrounding suburbs

To be successful you will need :

An understanding of delivering care in a person centered way.
A positive, reliable, empathetic approach to support people of all ages and backgrounds living with a disability
Availability and to be reliable & punctual.
Clear and effective communication skills and ability to speak another language is highly desirable
The ability to problem solve and keep strictly to the program and routine
Ability to engage positively with a variety of personality types
Ability to fulfill shift duties and have excellent time management skills
Have appropriate visa to work in Australia
Have an empathetic and understanding approach to providing care to people with complex needs including mental health
Must be a competent and knowledgeable cook

Required qualifications

Minimum of two years experience in relevant field
HLTHPS006 Assist clients with medication
Relevant qualification with AHPRA registration
Victorian Full drivers' license or valid Australian license.
Current Police check within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain prior to employment
Working with Children Check (WWC)
NDIS worker screening check (NDIS-WC)
Smart phone with the ability to install apps
Current first aid/CPR certificate
Drivers license and own fully insured transport
Completion of the NDIS new worker module or willingness to complete as part of the organizations induction process.
Manual Handling training (or willing to obtain)
International Police check (if applicable)
COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate or Immunization evidence
Students encouraged to apply
