We're seeking a visionary Social & Experience Manager, White Claw to lead the development, roll-out and management of MABAU’s social, cultural, and experiential marketing program. Initially focused on White Claw, this role will also support future brand innovations and portfolio expansion over time. This is a rare opportunity to shape the cultural narrative of the world’s No.1 Hard Seltzer brand, and one of Australia’s most exciting lifestyle brands.
You’ll be responsible for executing strategies that live at the intersection of brand, culture, and community — across social media, influencer ecosystems, and real-world experiential activations. You’ll also play a key role in growing brand equity, driving cultural relevance, and building consumer love across our portfolio.
What you'll do:
Content & Social Media Execution
- Oversee content strategy and always-on social across all platforms, ensuring platform-native creativity and brand alignment.
- Build quarterly content plans that drive relevance, resonance, and differentiation in market.
- Collaborate with agencies, creators, and talent to produce culturally sharp, high-impact campaigns and content.
- Monitor performance metrics and use data-driven insights to inform strategy and optimise creative.
Social Community & Advocacy Management
- Identify and manage strategic relationships with creators, tastemakers, cultural collaborators, and influencers; starting with White Claw ‘Wavemakers’ and expanding to the wider portfolio over time.
- Develop partnership strategies that bring cultural credibility and storytelling depth to the brands.
- Develop and implement community engagement initiatives, that deepen influencer and consumer advocacy including events, product drops, merch, and content collabs.
Brand Experiences
- Partner with the Marketing and Commercial functions to develop and execute our experiential marketing program for Australia, including live activations, sponsorships, and sampling; starting with the White Claw ‘Shore Club’ and expanding to the wider portfolio over time.
- Create breakthrough moments that build buzz online and offline, drive trial, and embed our brands to culture.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial functions to ensure seamless activation from events to media, to retail activation.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as a social & experience thought leader within the organisation — inspiring, aligning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build in-house passion and expertise.
- Partner with global and regional counterparts to ensure strategic alignment with global brand positioning and local market execution.
Budget & Performance
- Own and manage workstream budgets, tracking investment against KPIs and campaign ROI.
- Deliver post-campaign analysis and performance reporting across social, activation, and brand equity measures.
What you bring:
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in the alcohol-beverage industry or creative/communications agency experience.
- Direct experience managing social media for brands and exposure to event management.
- Must currently reside in Australia and possess valid, unrestricted right to work in Australia.
