You will lead the delivery of campaign work across your assigned client portfolio, becoming a trusted project owner, client lead, and team collaborator.
You’ll work closely with our award-winning creative team, senior strategists, integrated leads, and agency partners to drive the success of every deliverable, balancing platform fluency, operational excellence, and a whole lot of heart.

Client Solutions
Responsibility: Contributor
- Act as the connective thread across project teams, ensuring strategy and solutions are deliverable, scalable, and clearly defined.
- Provide early-stage feedback on project feasibility, partnering with Strategy, Social, and Creative leads to refine solutions before they are presented.
- Pressure-test timelines, talent recommendations, deliverable mix, and scope structure.
- Maintain a “will this exceed expectations?” mindset—proactively interrogating if the work can do more, smarter, or faster.
Success Indicators:
- Strategic clarity and feasibility of project plans
- Number of rebriefs or deliverable misalignments
- Feedback from creative and strategy teams on support and alignment

Client Delivery
Responsibility: Owner
- Lead the delivery of campaigns across your assigned portfolio, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, on brand, and on brief.
- Own cross-agency communications across Paid, PR, Events, Talent, and internal partners, ensuring seamless alignment and shared momentum.
- Build workbacks, manage scopes, and track usage across internal and external teams.
- Act as the lead point of contact across client communications, setting the tone for proactivity, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Guide teams through delivery crunches, quick turnarounds, and shifting priorities with clarity and care.
Success Indicators:
- Timeliness, accuracy, and consistency of campaign delivery
- Internal and external satisfaction with the delivery process
- Number of escalations or friction points prevented
- Efficiency of delivery hours vs. scoped/projected hours
Client Retention & Growth
Responsibility: Owner [ account portfolio ]
- Build exceptional relationships with clients at multiple levels
- Deliver with reliability and care, ensuring clients feel in safe hands, every step of the way.
- Surface upsell opportunities or gaps in scope.
- Ensure feedback is actioned quickly and transparently—demonstrating a shared investment in outcomes.
Success Indicators:
- Client feedback on delivery partnership
- Client retention across the project portfolio
- Identification of scope improvements or upsell moments
- Demonstrated reduction in revision cycles or timeline extensions
Social Execution & Content Management
Responsibility: Owner / Contributor (depending on the client)
- Manage the end-to-end execution of organic and paid social content across projects and retainer workstreams, ensuring content is delivered accurately, on time, and in line with platform best practice.
- Own day-to-day paid social management across Meta and TikTok, including campaign setup, scheduling, budget monitoring, optimisation, and reporting.
- Oversee content management and sourcing, including gathering assets, coordinating approvals, tracking versions, and ensuring final files are fit for channel and media requirements.
- Write, refine, and coordinate captions, post copy, and supporting social content, ensuring tone, messaging, and client feedback are clearly reflected.
- Build and maintain content calendars and scheduling workflows, ensuring organic and paid posts are planned, approved, and published according to agreed timelines.
- Monitor live organic and paid content, flagging performance, engagement, community management and paid spend issues, or delivery risks to the client
Success Indicators:
- Accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of scheduled and published organic and paid content
- Quality and clarity of content selection, captions, post copy, and paid campaign setup
- Smooth approval workflows with minimal missed deadlines or last-minute changes
- Clear visibility across content status, scheduling, media spend/pacing and live activity
- Effective monitoring of Meta and TikTok campaigns, with timely optimisation flags and reporting inputs
Team Excellence & Mentorship
Responsibility: Owner
- Support team clarity—ensuring each project player understands their role, responsibility, and deadlines.
- Contribute to rituals, reviews, and debriefs that improve process and team health.
- Offer mentorship to Producers, Integrated Managers, and Coordinators working on your projects—sharing insights, feedback, and confidence.
- Champion cross-discipline collaboration—ensuring every team member feels supported and set up to succeed.
Success Indicators:
- Feedback from peers and direct collaborators
- Participation in team reviews and rituals
- Improvement in team clarity and delivery confidence
- Visible impact on team capability or process maturity
Financial Management
Responsibility: Owner [ Client Portfolio ]
- Build, manage, and track project budgets, ensuring profitability is maintained and resource usage is optimised.
- Own scoping conversations and proposals across assigned projects—contributing clear timeframes, assumptions, and budget allocations.
- Flag scope drift or resourcing risks early—collaborating with team members to resolve.
- Support end-of-month processes with clean data, timely reconciliation, and visibility across burn.
Success Indicators:
- Profitability of assigned projects
