We are transforming our Strategy & Digital Operations division by creating a new, dedicated Reporting & Insights pillar. This initiative combines the expertise of our current analysts with several brand-new roles designed to elevate our strategic impact. We are now hiring for these new positions to complete our team structure. As a Reporting Analyst within our Collection Services division, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality reporting, dashboard development and business intelligence solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making. Working within the Portfolio Performance & Reporting team, you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards, optimising data models, and providing analytical insights to both internal and external stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys turning complex data into compelling visual stories, improving reporting processes and creating scalable solutions that provide a single source of truth across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that provide meaningful insights across operational, client and portfolio performance metrics
Migrate and optimise legacy reporting processes, reducing manual spreadsheet-based reporting
Develop and maintain semantic data models, DAX measures and Power Query transformations
Support the creation of a consistent and reliable reporting environment through robust data modelling and governance practices
Deliver deep-dive analysis, segmentation reviews and performance diagnostics to identify trends and opportunities
Produce operational and client insights that support business performance and strategic decision-making
Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests from key stakeholders across the organisation
Work closely with Portfolio Analysts and SQL Developers to maintain data quality, consistency and reporting standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in reporting, business intelligence, database analysis or a similar analytical role
Strong SQL skills with proven experience extracting, manipulating and modelling data
Advanced Power BI capability, including dashboard development, DAX and Power Query
Experience building and optimising semantic data models and reporting frameworks
Strong understanding of relational databases and business intelligence architecture
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
Demonstrated ability to perform data mining, segmentation analysis and performance reporting
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Tertiary qualifications in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or a related quantitative discipline highly regarded.
