Retail Team Member – AFL Store Fountain Gate

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Team Member to join our AFL Store at Fountain Gate. If you're passionate about footy, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Retail Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for every customer while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. You'll be part of a passionate team representing the AFL brand and helping fans find the perfect merchandise.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
Assist customers in finding the right AFL merchandise and apparel.
Replenish stock and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
Support stock control and inventory management.
Process sales accurately through the point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment.

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for AFL and AFL merchandise.
Previous retail or customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
The ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
An understanding of stock replenishment and stock control is an advantage.
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, late-night trading and public holidays as required.
