Red Oven Pizza Pty Ltd has been the licensed operator of the Domino’s Pizza store in Warragul since April 2024. It represents the Domino’s brand in Warragul and surrounding suburbs, including Drouin, Nilma, Darnum, Bona Vista, Lillico, and others.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Store Manager to join our team, directly reporting to the Franchisee, where you will lead and manage all aspects of our store. As the RSM, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure that our customers experience exceptional service and high-quality food every time they visit. You will also play a key role in implementing strategies to drive business growth, maintain profitability, and uphold high standards of Domino’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of shift runners, makers, and delivery experts, including recruiting, training, mentoring, and motivating employees to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers, whilst working together in a team environment.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent service and the highest product quality, review and action customer feedback, and resolve customer complaints.
- Operational Excellence: Manage restaurant operations, including staffing, food safety, inventory control, product mix, managing stock levels, and ensuring that administrative records are maintained in compliance with Domino’s standards and procedures.
- Financial Management: Control costs and manage budgets to meet profitability targets and KPI's. Analyze financial performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Marketing & Sales: Drive sales by implementing local marketing initiatives, promoting and advertising specials and promotions, upselling, and utilizing our online systems and dashboards to understand Sales and financial numbers and reporting.
- Health & Safety: Uphold high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance of occupation health and safety regulations, whilst ensuring that all company policies and legal requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role in a fast-paced food service environment.
- A Diploma of Business, Hospitality Management, or similar is preferred.
- Current Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain.
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain.
- Versatile and adaptable to various work systems and applications.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, word & outlook).
- Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong business acumen with experience in managing P&L, budgets, and financial reports.
- A passion for great food and exceptional customer service.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident is preferred.
