What you’ll be doing
As a Provisional Fellow in Cardiology, you will be expected to undertake advanced level training in Interventional Cardiology, a sub-specialty area of Cardiology, under the supervision of specialist cardiologists and develop complex clinical skills to become clinically proficient prior to independent practice. Applicants should have completed 3 years of Core Advanced Training in Cardiology with a view to competency in Interventional Cardiology, while continuing to contribute to General and Interventional Cardiology on call.
This position at St George Hospital offers exposure to complex coronary interventions and structural heart disease interventions including ASD & TAVI. Also performed are Cardiology devices, EP and Cardiothoracic Surgery with St George being a major Emergency and Trauma hospital in Sydney.

- MBBS or equivalent, current general registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
