About the Opportunity
ICON is seeking a Subsea Project Manager who has a strong background in subsea engineering. This role will manage teams, on projects valued from small scopes of $20k, to larger multi-million-dollar projects. This role is guaranteed to provide variety and utilise your consultative nature as well as your technical abilities.

Lead, motivate and develop project teams and individuals in executing a vast array of offshore oil and gas projects.
Support multiple projects across the entire life cycle including business development, tendering, contract/ financial/ risk management and execution.
Report to Business Line Managers on status, progress, and completion of the portfolio of projects on your watch.

About You
You come with tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Naval, Civil/Structural, Mechanical). A B.Eng. in Engineering is ideal, but other disciplines will be considered in conjunction with 10+ years of SURF, subsea or offshore construction project experience. The successful candidate will possess the following essential qualities:

Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, managing team members/ less experienced personnel to support their development.
Proven capability of managing a diverse range of projects across business development, tendering, contract negotiations, risk management, and all aspects of project management.
Experience with subsea and offshore installation is essential. Decommissioning experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Innovative approach to problem solving/ concept development.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in business development and successful management of customer relationships and networks.

Less experienced personnel are encouraged to express interest as we continually have numerous Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Installation Engineer roles available.
