This role is the backbone of the athlete program, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. From managing athlete administration and product orders to coordinating contracts, campaigns and events, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional athlete experience while supporting the Athlete Team Manager. You'll work closely with multiple teams across the business to ensure our athletes are set up for success and that every touchpoint reflects the LSKD brand. This is a part time role for two days weekly on site in our Loganholme HQ. This role will be fixed term for approximately 6 months, with possibility for extension.
Description:
How you'll make an impact...
Keep our athlete program running smoothly by owning the day-to-day admin that keeps everything on track.
Coordinate athlete contracts, onboarding, affiliate codes and internal systems.
Manage product seeding, gifting and athlete wardrobes to ensure the right gear lands at the right time.
Bring campaigns to life by coordinating athlete involvement, timelines and communications.
Build genuine relationships as a key point of contact for our athlete community.
Support athlete events, HQ visits and activations - this will include travel, logistics and on-the-ground coordination.
Track athlete performance, maintain accurate records and support reporting.
Partner with teams across Marketing, Content and Operations to deliver an exceptional athlete experience.
You'll be a great fit if you bring...
Experience in administration, partnerships, talent management or athlete management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of maturity and professionalism, with confidence to negotiate.
Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
Comfortability working across multiple stakeholders and departments.
Solid understanding of social media and athlete marketing.
Experience using affiliate platforms, CRM systems or project management tools is highly regarded.

Experience working with athletes, creators or ambassadors.
Event coordination or activation experience.
