About Us:

GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries.

We currently have multiple projects on the go and our projection for growth means we are actively looking for talent across all areas of our business.

The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Engineers to join our Projects team,to work on significant projects providing technical support to our projects teams .

This is an exciting opportunity to join GRES during a period of significant growth, offering excellent potential for professional development and career progression.

Based in our Ascot office , with the need for site visits and rosters dependant on project requirements

In this role, a typical day will include:

Planning and scheduling the scope of work for the project, including labour, delivery of equipment and materials
Producing accurate design documentation
Assisting with procurement and expediting
Responsible for package management, and scheduling.
Review/preparing ITPs/FIRs
Follow up (and liaise with logistics) on time delivery of the materials and equipment
Preparing request for quotations, request for tenders, bids evaluations and purchase requisitions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Relevant Engineering qualifications in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural) *preferred
Minimum 6+ years experience particularly in the mineral resource or materials handling industries.
Ability to liaise with all relevant stakeholders to produce and review contract packages.
Familiarity with scheduling and project controls systems.
Full and unrestricted Australian working rights * you must reside in Australia to be considered and have either Australian Citizenship or be a Permanent Resident
