You’ll find growth through:

Leading and coordinating day-to-day civil construction and maintenance works across your assigned area
Planning and scheduling crews, contractors and resources to deliver projects safely, efficiently and on time
Supervising and supporting a team of outdoor staff, ensuring performance, safety and quality standards are met
Engaging with the community, stakeholders and internal teams to respond to enquiries and deliver positive outcomes
Managing multiple projects and responding to operational priorities, including urgent or emergency works

What you'll bring

To thrive in this role, you will need:

Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision or related discipline.
General Construction Induction card and Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan ticket.
Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft office programs, including email.
Ability to effectively supervise staff and contribute to staff development.
Class C Drivers Licence.

We would also love you to have:

Previous Local Government experience in a civil construction environment.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control Systems

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $91,698, to $106,566 plus superannuation
